Business Development Services

Hands-on business development support: registration, record-keeping, business planning and formalisation for women-led enterprises.

Objectives

• To strengthen the skills, capacity, and competitiveness of women and youth-led enterprises.
• To improve business sustainability through access to practical entrepreneurship knowledge.
• To promote formalization and growth of small businesses.

Activities

• Delivered entrepreneurship training in financial literacy, business planning, record keeping, marketing, branding, and enterprise formalization.
• Provided tailored business support to women and youth entrepreneurs in trade, agribusiness, and cross-border enterprises.
• Implemented inclusive training approaches, including local language delivery, through the GROW Project in partnership with MUBS.

Outcomes

• Improved business management skills and confidence among women and youth entrepreneurs.
• Increased capacity of enterprises to operate sustainably, access markets, and improve competitiveness.
• Strengthened resilience and growth potential of women-led and youth-led businesses.
